At Rosiesst, we strive to provide quality products that meet our customers' expectations. However, we understand that sometimes some products may not be suitable for everyone. This return policy details the procedures and guidelines for returning or exchanging our products.

Refund eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products will be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The products will be in their original packaging and condition.
  • The products have not been used or modified.
  • The customer will provide proof of purchase.

Return categories:

  • Damaged Products: Products that are damaged or were damaged upon arrival.
  • Incorrect order: Products not ordered by the customer.

Return procedures:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email: info@rosiesst.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.
  3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  4. Return the products to the designated address within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.

Return and exchange options:

  • Refund: Full refund to the original payment method.
  • Exchange: Replacement product or store credit.
  • Store credit: Credit for future purchases.

Product-specific return policy:

  • Magnetic eyelashes: For hygienic reasons, they can only be returned if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Eyelash Serum: Can be returned within 30 days. However, due to the nature of the product, returns will only be accepted for unused and unopened products.
  • Eyelash curlers: Can be returned within 30 days, only if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Mascara Enriched with Growth Serum: Can be returned within 30 days, but refunds will only be accepted for unused and unopened products.

Restocking Fee:
A 15% fee may be charged for returns that are not damaged or incorrect.

Shipping and handling:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty information:
Our products are covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase.

We reserve the right to update or change the returns policy at any time.
